Do you offer same day delivery?
No, but we offer next day delivery if the order is placed by 5pm (excluding weekends). You can also specify a future delivery date.
Can I call to order flowers?
I am a busy mum always running around so I am not always able to answer calls rightaway. My most preferred contact method would be via our “Get in Touch” enquiry form, email at admin@misofloret.com or DM via our Instagram page @misfloret, and I will get back to you within 1 business day.
Can I change my order details after checkout?
Yes. Please contact us to make your order changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. To make sure a timely delivery for your order, we will not accept any last-minute change request before and on the day of delivery.
Can I attach a card with my flowers?
Yes, we offer complimentary handwritten message to be attached with your flowers. You can write your message card while you check out.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order if you confirm the cancellation with us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery day, and we will refund to your preferred payment account. To make a cancellation request, please contact us via “Get in Touch” and provide your order and payment details.
Cancellation does not apply to orders that have already been packaged, dispatched for delivery, or completed. The order payment will not be refunded for unsuccessful cancellations.
How long do your flowers last and how to I take care of them?
With proper care, our flowers should last between 5-7 days. Some flowers naturally have a longer vase life than others so not all your blooms will last the same amount of time.
This is our guide to enjoy the flowers as long as possible:
Change the water and trim the stems every 2-3 days. Room temperature water is ideal for most cut flowers, except for bulbs that bloom in cool weather, such as tulips and daffodils.
Place the flowers in a cooler location and keep out of direct sunlight.
If there are any dead or wilting flowers, simply take them out.
Can I have my flowers delivered?
We deliver to all areas within the Dallas county, and Carrollton and Plano.
Do I need to pay extra for flower delivery?
Currently we charge a flat rate of $10 for all deliveries, regardless of the distance.
What if I need my flowers early in the morning?
We are currently offering delivery between 9am – 6pm Monday to Saturday.
if you need the flowers delivered in a specific delivery time, please let us know and we will try to accommodate as much as we can.
